Step 1
Go to Start »Run

Step 2
Type this in:
Rundll32 Advpack.dll, LaunchINFSection% windir% INFmsmsgs.inf, BLC.Remove
Then press ok.

Step 3
Start your computer and Windows Messenger is removed!
